One thing is certain looking at the chart.  Volumes are decreasing and all the while the SP has held steady.  This thing is locked and loaded and may rise significantly near term based on technicals alone.  With the help of some good news or increasing volumes due to the anticipation of same, we'll be heading north big time IMO.  I think RVX will very good to us this and next year as this story nears its end and we look forward to the novel yet to be written.  The potential is staggering.
