Well, the research in this paper, as well as related research on BRD4 ChIP-Seq, has been presented at prior conferences. Publication in peer-reviewed journal is the final step in the dissemination of the research, not the first. Posters and abstracts for this research has been available for some time. Plus, this paper originally came out a week ago. So it is good news, but not surprising/novel news.
