Pitavastatin worth a look here as well ?

The data regarding raising Hdl appears to be potentially synergistic with ABL

I believe the Company filed a combo Patent Application a while back

The profile of Pitavastin seems well differentiated from the others and perhaps raising functional Hdl is a very important goal going forward
