At times when heavy duty science in involved, I'm completely out of my element, and well aware of the fact.  I've garnereed about as good an understanding as I expect a person with my (lack of) scientific background can have when it comes to BET Inhibition and Epigentics.  

Thanks for your answer though, the point about the required trials does make of sense.
