I must say that for a company which is a mere weeks away from the finishing line...the market action is not exactly encouraging.  I would have thought the share price would hang around closer to $3.5...not near $3.10...as the market looks forward to the end of Phase 3 and the start of a company making year!  

Is this normal market action for a biotech company so close to the finish line?  Nervous investors get out just before the real action begins?  As an example, Amarin hit its lows for 2018 on July 31...a scant 8 weeks before it went ballistic.  

Any thoughts?
