I remember the Jan 31 bookend as well. Hard to believe Hepalink or Easten will let the IP slip away over a matter of weeks but never say never. Yet another example of management’s complete lack of foresight. What competent business person doesn’t leave wiggle room in long term projections based upon timelines  with numerous unknown variables.  If one goes back to the management checklist of a couple of years ago it is almost astonishing how few of their self imposed targets management has achieved. What a joke, if poor management did not actually reward the large investors my best guess is senior business management would have been fired long ago. Flip side of this may be that if the loan is cleared before top line release the stock might push up fairly hard, who knows.
