BFW, not sure if you are aware, but "technically" you have a capital gain per share of 53 cents or so. Say fair value of 63 cents US, or 85 cents cdn less 32 cent cost based on rollout or .53 cents a share when you transfer shares from a non reg account to a reg account. Likely still a good move, but you trigger a tax gain by making the transfer.
