I'd comment over on IV, I do have a user ID there...but I am blocked from posting after I shared negative views on Ziopharm a few years back when that stock got pumped to $15+....I've asked to be re-instated, it must be 3 years in the penalty box, but I've had no response...oh well.

That link shows that Sanofi had Rothschild acting as advisors for them in a deal brokered last year when they unloaded their generic drug division.  

I can't get over how incredibly low the volume is right now....only 3K or so all day so far, this close to the finish line, its unreal.  I don't have the funds to impact volumes much, but I might just add a few more today.
