Thanks bdz, you're all over this space so I'm not surprised you knew about it. The news hit Jan 4 which is the day we left for Cuba and there were so many messages when I first checked back in that I just skimmed and didn't read them all...
I do think something along those lines would be a best case scenario....anything that would be non-dilutitve and that would provide enough capital to finance trials for follow on compounds. We've got all our eggs in one basket here and the so called "star factory" I've seen referenced many times (forget by whom)....all the follow ons, they're pretty much at the starting line with years to go before the possibility of commercial development.
A liscensing deal for a market like the Eurozone could provide two key elements....obviously capital to fund trials in the patent portfolio, but also validation with a capital V that could vault the valuation to the billions easily imo.
