All I know is that I'm expecting news on or before Jan 31st....if nothing comes out by the close of trading or very shortly thereafter at month's end then I'll be calling Mr. Moon again.  Sarah, assuming you're reading...you can advise Paul as such.  

I consider the Third Eye loan covenant requiring Top-Line results by Jan 31st to be a matter of material importance, as such I expect news will be issued by that date at the absolute latest.  That covenant is specifically cited in the company's filings...that's what makes it material in my opinion.
