My understanding is that dosing is completed when 250 events are reached. This is an event-driven trial, with 250 events being the trigger for ending patient dosing and starting last patient visits and other trial close out tasks. I may be wrong here. As I wrote early, there are many steps on the road to "completion": hitting 250 events, ending dosing, commencing last patient visits, completing last patient visits, locking the trial database, completing adjudication, release of results.
