Material information is defined as an official development that has a significant impact on the valuation of the company. 250 events being recorded tells no one anything about a change in the value of the company.
I would quibble with that, just a bit. It's actually ".....any information relating to the business and affairs of a company that results in or would reasonably be expected to result in a significant change in the market price or value of any of the company’s listed securities"
(my bolding)
So we'll see what affect it has on the stock price. Anyhow, it doesn't make any difference. It's a significant event. There is zero chance they would tell an individual that 250 MACE events had occurred. And the fact that they didn't doesn't say anything about what/when they will announce. RVX typically loves announcing positive events. I see no good reason why they won't.
-53 wind chill? This winter I've just about given up waiting for the first snow flake to fall. It just doesn't look like it's gonna happen. Not that it isn't cold. Only 10c today. Brrrrrrrrrrr.
