This can be read two ways. It could mean that adjudication on all MACE events will be performed post trial completion and it will take two to three months or it could mean that adjudication is ongoing but completion of adjudication of all MACE events will take two to three months post trial completion....

I suspect Bear and others are correct that it's been ongoing.  I think it's just poor wording in the presentations.

could perhaps be....

3. Adjudication of remaining SAE MACE events expected to take two to three months post trial completion.
