Adjudication should have been ongoing ever since the 1st MACE event.

There is no reason to waste time and wait for the trial to end.

Additionally, the DSMB would rather deal with adjudicated data than investigator reported data.

Imagine stopping a trial for safety reasons on non-adjudicated data!
