RVXoldtimer - I see a flaw in your thinking.

My understanding is that follow-ups do not start until the patient is off the drug. If all of the patients have agreed to stay on the the drug until 250 events have been adjudicated and by the time that happens we will have had 270ish events and we are going to be told when 250 events are adjudicated then no one is currently off the drug, unless they aren't with us anymore. Therefore follow-ups could not possibly have started yet. When we hear that 250 events have been adjudicated then we can believe that the follow-ups have began and start that 4 to 16 week clock.
