With all these emails to Sarah, has anyone yet asked her if we can expect to be updated concerning this Jan 31st covenant the company made with Third Eye about all assets going to them if Top Line data not announced...?

I wonder if RVX thinks cause it is buried in the details of the loan and not in the PR that most investors will not even be aware of it and it can be resolved without even a PR.

Does anyone agree that this would have to be PR'd because it is very important news,..?
