I just left you a phone message but wanted to repeat my question here in writing.

 

Are we shareholders to be updated as to the status of the company's covenant they have concerning their loan with Third Eye, and the fact that they must produce Top Line data by Jan 31st 2019 or forfeit the company's assets.

 

I consider this a very important item as does many of my associates who are also invested in the company, given the fact that all the company's assets are at stake.
