I just want this whole loan situation put to bed.....I'll be on the phone tomorrow if there isn't any news out by the closing bell, but the sooner the better.  Based on my recent conversation with Mr. Moon and his remarking that the company has a very good relationship with Third Eye and that the lenders understand everything that Resverlogix is trying to accomplish....based on that I'm starting to think a renogtiation around that January 31st covenant is, if not likely, at least very possible.

Third Eye, as I understand things, is representing a consortium of lenders...acting as their agent.  Foreclosing on the loan would be very problematic as I see things.....I haven't seen anything that details how many lenders are involved under Third Eye's umbrella....but just for arguments sake let's say its 10, with each having put up $3 million USD.  If Third Eye were to gain control of Apabetalone and all the other IP of the company...then each Third Eye investor would own 10%.....

Its too big a rabbitt hole with two many branches to explore....a spider web of possibilities.

News after today's bell would be nice....I hope they don't push this all the way to the 11th hour just before midnight tomorrow.
