Jan 31st and no Top-Line data out yet....and based on what the last email I received said, that once 250 confirmed MACE have occured there will, oops, I mean there would be a PR.  

I don't see any way top-line can come out today....so unless we get news of a renegotition or of financing to pay off the loan...or of something.  Without any news we'll know that the company has breached a covenant of the loan with Third Eye.  

I'm gonna walk away from the screen and enjoy the day and check back at the close....and see if anything has come out.  Sarah, if you're reading this let PM know I'll be calling if there's no news out today.
