All Third Eye wanted, as lenders, was to get paid back....IMHO it would be constructed as “Unjustment enrichment” for Third Eye to exercise a technicality with this announcement that cash is coming ...I would also think that the next PP or possibility of new Licensing agreements by March will have given the appropriate people have confirming science that we won’t know about, will not have to be disclosed to us, but would be germane to the additional funding.

Of course, all IMHO....todays announcement was great in my book!
