As I've said many times before, I don't want the company selectively disclosing information to me....and I think Sarah may have just done that.....

No.  She did not selectively disclose info to you.

She said "We remain in good standing with our lender and there is nothing material to report at this time."

In other words it's status quo.  No change.  Nothing new to report at this time.
