You are welcome to disagree of course, but please do not presume to know how I feel about this matter, it does make me very uncomfortable.  

All anyone knows at this stage, except for myslef via a direct email (and those who choose to believe second hand information in an anonymous forum) is that Resverlogix has just breached what has been disclosed as a "restrictive covenant".  

Some may opt to say "oh well, ignorance is bliss....everyting must be hunky dory".  

Obviously I'm not dropping this, and I'm not sorry if that irks you.
