I don't begrudge the insiders at RVX at paying themselves a 1% dilution. 

First, they have done work that is truly cutting edge in medicine, in the face of widespread skepticism. 

Second, they have been slaving away for years with tight budgets.  Hard to feel that they are taking advantage of existing shareholders. 

Most of the rewards will go to Hepalink and Dart...both of which (Hepalink more so) deserve full backing for sticking to the company through thick and thin.  There would be no RVX without Hepalink..or all the excellent people in RVX.
