That is what I'm saying....and another thought occured to me on how to "beat up" the remaining 30% of non-insider owners, to use your turn of phrase. On top of:
1) Only issuing news when absolutely required
2) Setting safe harbour protected expectations and then failing to meet them....
I think a third one would be:
Do things that make the company appear to be run by people who are incompetent by making incredibly simple mistakes.
