Lets call a spade a spade, IMO,  DM may not want to piss off (HL) the hand that feeds you (PP financing)   That being said if HL wants as many shares on the cheap as possible for the next PP than maybe DM feels that being promotional  to raise the share price , via constant non important Press releases  damages the reputation of the company and upset their largest shareholder .   I do feel the company is trying keep informtion as close to their chest as possible as maybe they have more information on the trial than they can release at this point. I know the trial is blinded but I am sure management do get  some  trial data points/indications/ that may lean the BETONMACE trial to a positive outcome .  just IMO not bashing at all,
