Well kelsee I certainly don't disagree that, again assuming all goes (very) well, that those numbers aren't achievable and I'm sure we would all be running around like chickens if that ended up being the case.  The tough part is always whether to cash in on that period of 'irrational exuberance' or wait for a buyer at possibly at a higher (or lower) price.  I guess that's up always up to the individual to set their own targets and be happy with the result regardless of what happens after that.  But speaking of chickens, it's perhaps a bit too early to count them just yet. :)
