I saw that BDZ....I think it was Carpe who suggested using Explorer for these filings instead of Chrome, I took his advice and was able to view it.  

But when I first scanned it I thought it was $99.9 million....I was immediately thinking OMG, that takes care of Third Eye with lots left over, this is huge.  Then I looked again and focused in on the decimal point and said "dang". 

If they meet the guidance from the last PR we'll be seeing financing news next week.....unless they meant 30 business days of course.  Whenever it happens I'd love to see 33 million shares @~$3.00 each....push the dogs so far away that we can't hear their barking at all.
