Man, 41% with statistical significance would be amazing, even 25-30% would be really nice. I would revise my TLD pps "up" if that were the case, especially with secondary data being positive, and a general growing view of the anti-inflammatory effects and benefits, for a more global positive view overall.
Not sure I can even hazard a quality guess on RRR - the science, data, statistics, boggle my tiny brain. My wife is a mathematician she could probably figure out a realistic "potential" range based on the facts, variables and ranges we can come up with ... but that would be a Pandora's Box for me, if she is thinking about this as much as me, I would have no safe haven for getting it off my mind for a few minutes lol ....
