RVXoldtimer - Why do you think they would have to be willing to pay anything? A first right of refusal simply allows them to have the First Right of Refusal. It allows them to play with interested parties to entice parties to potentially bid higher. With 42% of the fully diluted shares each additional $1 billion is $420 million more profit for them. In that context that $10 million is money well spent.
Just trying to think outside the box a little.
