Sure. Look at the ASSURE trial and some of the post-hoc of ASSURE/SUSTAIN.

Not just baseline and end of study. There are samples taken in between. At what intervals, I don't know.

Yes, based on SUSTAIN/ASSURE data, RVX has a good idea of what kind of changes may be expected for the two groups. So changes in the blinded BETonMACE clinical measurements over time can be informative to a certain degree.
