Forgive me if i am way out in left field.

So if you guesstimate 3500-4500 patient years now in BETonMACE and the placebo in the DECLARE trial was 4.45 events per 100 patient years,...and if we used the same placebo rate,... then using your guesstimate of 4000 patients years,...

4000 / 100 = 40 * 4.45 = 178 MACE events for the placebo group. and 72 MACE events for the treated group.

What RRR% would that be,..?
