I don't know that I can put a specific figure on it, but imo its substantial.....I wonder how many TSX listed stocks have a disclaimer in their SEDAR filings that say there exists a "material uncertainty" about the ability to continue as a going concern....

How many companies with this flag have a MC of ~$500 million USD or ~$660 million Canadian?  

In spite of this flag our MC I bet is among the highest for companies that have their very existence disclosed as being in question...maybe even the highest.  

I have a hard time believing that HL, aka the Lis....that something couldn't be worked out to have this material uncertainty taken care of and removed.  

IMO this is all by design to keep the PPS as depressed as is possible....
