PPC - I think the only thing you can read into HL and Eastern investing at the same time is that HL wants to keep their ownership under 50%. When HL stepped up in H2 of 2017 with their investment dollars their ownership was higher than it is now, or extremely close. It's kinda like a couple of billionaires scratching each other's backs.
