I have a hard time envisioning 3  months of drifting without a spike or two or five happening in the interim.  We're waiting on news of 250 events being reached, an update on HL USA's ROFR, perhaps further financing news, the TE loan coming due.....a spider web of possibilities.

For now it seems like, by and large, everyone is just sitting tight....and if the PPS explodes the way AMRN did after they announced their results, it will all have been worth it.
