GAC - From the news release Oct 24 2017 there doesn't appear to any words that deal with expiration of the ROFR. In the news release it doesn't appear that the ROFR can be exercised without a third party making an offer to begin with either. There is likely a much bigger contract that deals with this but nothing that any of us has seen. There is a difference between termination and expiration. Have you ever tried to exercise a warrant after its expiry date. If the share price is up they will just laugh at you. Just some food for thought
