MMs have to provide liquidity, even if they don't have sellers they still have to quote a price at which they're willing to sell along with the number of lots, and price/lots they're willing to buy at.  

It seems to me the past few days have seen it open lower and then the PPS claws its way back up....today it looks like the reverse, start it off high then walk it back down.  

Fun and games until we get something to drive some real interest imo
