Anytime you put the label "conspiracy theory" on something a lot of people insert the word "crackpot" in front of it almost by default.

However there is nothing crazy about conspiracies, everyone engages in them.  Anyone who's been involved with organizing a surprise party has been involved in a conspiracy.  A conspiracy isn't necessarily illegal, although charges of 'criminal conspiracy' are among the most commonly laid charges in our legal systems.  The common thread of course is that conspiracies always involve two or more people engaged in a game designed to deceive.

In point of fact I view the broader capital markets as a conspiracy....the aim of which is to deceive retail investors in order to have them invest in stocks that will lose money, while encouraging them to sell those that will make money.

Is Resverlogix as a corporate entity engaged in trying to get shareholders to sell out by continually setting expectations and then failing to meet them again and again and again?

I don't have an answer to that question.  But I do believe it is one worth asking.
