Awesome reply tada, thanks for the feedback.  What has me most irked and curious...is why the sudden change. 

I know it might sound far fetched to speculate that perhaps BMO is short on RVX and that could be part of the motivation....but according to my understanding of short selling, Market Makers Broker Dealers are expempt from positive determination rules so long as they're engaged in genuine Market Making activity....at least that's my understanding of the rules in the United States, and I assume our rules in Canada to be at least similar if not exactly the same.

Still waiting on that call.
