Seeing the question I thought....'hmmm, interesting question, I wonder why its being asked'.
I'm assuming that its because perhaps different racial and ethnic groups might have a higher risk of CVD. I googled it and found this article, which suggest that indeed...different racial/ethnic groups do have higher risk of CVD than some others. However this article centres on US citizens of different backgrounds....however it still concludes that racial/ethnic factors do play a role in the degree of risk.
