5-10 million shares - take care of the loan & have enough to carry us on for the rest of the year? Tells the market we are set up for the furture & are we are moving forward or maybe we get bought out upon positive resuts or get some sort of licensing deal & shoot go for a smaller financing deal or...or..?

Wouldnt we look better to the market etc etc if wrap this loan up sooner than later?
