Yes, that is what foxed me too.
I was looking at that exact slide and all my notes...and sure enough, eGFR is improved...which to me was a show stopper given that RVX208 was given only for a few months, and to a small number of patients...some of whom may not even have been taking their pills. For me, ANY increase in eGFR is hugely significant. If Tundup is to be believed from his posting in June 2018, the increases in eGR were "stunning...unheard of".
In my discussions with RVX, the statistically significant increase in eGFR was a prominent booster of confidence...and I have it down that increases in eGFR was "statistically significant" in Phase 2.
