JJ....you ask why anyone would convert warrants so RVX can raise capital?  

There's another reason to do it.....someone with 100K warrants might want some cash.  There's lots of warrants out there that are in the money.  100K warrants convertible at an average price of $2 could turn around and sell the shares at a nice profit, if it was done early this week they could have been sold for $4+.  

Who knows....maybe that's where the increased volume came from.
