I just checked the Link Libary for upcoming conferences and such....BDZ's excellent work keeping us informed on possible venues where Top-Line could be announced.  Only I don't see it there.

No matter....in terms of Top-Line/NazList/Raise.....in my mind it makes the most sense to do them all at the same time.  Say release Top-Line on Friday July 12th after the market close, and then have a Naz IPO lined up for Monday the 15th along with an underwritten raise.  

Best case scenario imo would be something timed along those lines, but co-ordinated along with a conference or one of those Bio Investor Conferences.
