Toinv - I don't believe there is any particular challenge raising capital, only a challenge in getting the right terms...in the context of the market. Maybe there is finally that non-dilutive regional deal that DM has oft talked about in progress and they just needed a little more time to close! Getting past that 250 MACE threshold has likely opened a few addition doors.
