There's a good chance we'll here something in the next month or so, with several events happening in the next 6 weeks. Most events are on the science, not financial side though. BIO International June 3-6 could be a good time to announce something on the financial side.
Here's the list of events between now and mid-June:
Vascular Discovery 2019: From Genes to Medicine (Formerly ATVB:PVD): May 14-16, 2019; Boston, MA. Resverlogix IR has indicated that Resverlogix is attending. It is unclear if they are presenting.
European Atherosclerosis Society (EAS) May 26-29, 2019; Maastricht, Netherlands. Norman Wong is on the schedule to present an abstract on Tuesday afternoon May 28th entitled "APABETALONE (RVX-208) ATTENUATES INFLAMMATORY MILIEU UNDERLYING ADHESION OF MONOCYTES TO ENDOTHELIAL CELLS IN TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS WITH CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE PATIENTS" in the session " New immunomodulatory treatment strategies against atherosclerosis." Abstract currently under embargo and not available.
Gordon Research Conference: Epigenetic Regulation of Cardiovascular Disease: May 26-31, 2019; Hong Kong, China. Dr. Norman Wong is on the schedule in the Epigenetic Therapies for Cardiovascular Disease section.

European Renal Association – European Dialysis and Transplant Association (ERA-EDTA): June 13-16, 2019; Budapest, Hungary. At this event is the Resverlogix sponsored symposium: "Vascular calcification in kidney disease: Epigenetics as a novel approach?"
