Newf - Koo is correct that money generated by Zenith belongs to Zenith shareholders and can't flow to RVX except by maybe an indirest means. That would be like a sale of Zenith and funds received by Zenith shareholders being then invested into RVX. A year ago, supposedly DM made a comment of hope to that effect.
Yes, ZCC owns everything in Zenith but those are the shares that Zenith shareholders hold so funds into ZCC belong to the ZCC shareholders. They might not be able to be cashed in immediately if not trading at the time but the value of the ZCC shares increases according to that cash injection.
As far as cashing in on that sale or such, if RVX carries through as they have posed to us in the past, ZCC shareholders would, at or immediately prior to a sale, receive proportionate shares in ZEL to their ZCC holdings. The purchaser would then be buying the ZEL shares so the shareholders would receive the funds directly from the purchase. The shareholder would still own their ZCC shares and ZCC would hold collectively the RVX royalty preferred shares.
