I'm reserving judgement until I see the updated short interest numbers, it will be out next Tuesday and will include the trading up until today's date, May 15th.  I will not be in the least bit surprised to see it climb to 800K or more.....if that is the case, then I will see this as a bear raid plain and simple, same as what happened last April when the PPS dropped 25% and then basically doubled by June.

Its the markets, bulls and bears.  Old man RVX was strolling down the street nice and casual and I think Mr. Bear said..."watch, that old guy is gonna trip and fall".  Hmmmm, I think....why would he fall?  Okay I say, I'll bet you a c-note he doesn't.  Then Mr. Bear....as Old Man RVX passes by, he sticks out his leg sending the old guy sprawling.  "See, I told you" says Mr. Bear.....

That's what I think happened today....it happened last April when short interest went from less than 200K to over 1.6 million....and bears ended up having to buy back shares at above market prices for over a month because they hadn't delivered the shares they sold.  

Watch for some irrational bashing to start soon if I'm right about that RVX was naked shorted.  Claims of trial failure and any negative nugget that can be found is something I'll be looking for.  .....
