If this is inteneded to be a small raise it should have been combined with the Hepalink funding announced a while back...as originally planned.  If this raise is intended to be large I have to ask myself "Why now?".

Seems to show a lack of confidence and/or an expectation of delay.

Whatever.  Sitting at the 50ma right now...will it hold?  I hope so because I added at $2.75.
