It would look bad for all involved and Bloom Burton has a 7% sales motivation.

They likely placed some of it prior to the opening bell. If anything, the overall size may end up smaller due to the price action. As you’ll note, the final size of the offering had not been determined at the time of the press release.

Personally, I would have preferred to have seen a bought deal.
