I’m not critical all about the company trying to raise money as they obviously need to come up with close to 15MM by the first week in August. What I need to get my arms around is wondering about who the buyers of the offering will be when the market price is fifty cents below the offering price as we move into today, May 17, 2019

I would have to believe that this has been thought thru and that we will have some “heavy hitters”, institutions or individuals who realize the end game is rapidly coming up, that the proposition for success is very good, that the past history is excellent as to the science, and that DM can go to China, if need be, and pickup the remaining 14.5MM plus another 15MM from our good friends who have stepped up before.

The next two days will be interesting, both as to recovering our market cap and the volume that takes place. In the meantime, for those with some dry powder, it seems to me that this a great time to add to one holdings here. Comments?
